Rocks and Landforms

Throughout this module, students use hands-on, inquiry based investigations to explore:

  • the different types of rocks.
  • how rocks are formed and how they are worn away.
  • different types of landforms created by the removal and the deposition of rock and soil.
  • the effect of glaciers on landforms.

Use the navigation on the right to explore resources that will be useful for the investigations.
