Job Summary

You will serve as an Engineer and Division liaison in the Trusted Microelectronics Division of NAVAL SURFACE WARFARE CENTER.

Major Duties

  • You will provide strategic planning, senior-level technical engineering, subject matter expertise, and programmatic leadership for anti-tamper microelectronics technologies utilized in strategic weapon systems.
  • You will serve as the primary knowledge area steward on anti-tamper technologies and evaluation methods and processes for advanced microelectronics technologies.
  • You will address technical and programmatic issues associated with the execution of microelectronic technologies from the perspective of Anti-Tamper evaluations that support strategic hardware systems.
  • You will serve as the Division liaison and subject matter expert on technology assessment methodologies for the ATEA, ATTA, and critical microcircuit technologies.
  • You will evaluate feasibility of new concepts and principles and make recommendations on continuance or abandonment of work.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the next lower pay band ND-04 (GS-12/13 Equivalent) in the federal or private sector as a professional engineer providing evaluation, technical oversight and guidance in the development and testing of microelectronic technologies for anti-tamper technology utilized in strategic weapons systems. Pay Range

$91,231.00 - $164,858.00
