Job Summary

The incumbent will ensure Installation wide compliance with hazardous and toxic materials and waste management laws and regulations. Major areas include Lead based paint, Asbestos and Radon programs. Moving expenses are NOT authorized, based on a determination that a move is not in the Government's interest. Specialized Experience: To qualify based on your work experience, your resume must describe at least one year of specialized experience which prepared you to do the work required in this job. Specialized experience is defined as experience applying environmental protection principles and methods; and, experience monitoring and evaluating programs that include air and water pollution, water resource management, solid and hazardous waste management and other environmental concerns that impact the natural resources of the environment. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11) or equivalent. You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas:

Pay Range

$75,195.00 - $97,757.00
