Job Summary

You will serve as an Engineer or Architect in the G-F Division of MARINE CORPS BASE CAMP BUTLER.

Major Duties

  • You will serve as functional expert for all issues related to FSRM program management, including project validations, project approvals, project prioritization, program coordination, and funding, change requests.
  • You will plan, coordinate, organize and implement programs designed to enhance the effective use of FSRM resources at MCIPAC installations.
  • You will coordinate with higher headquarters, subordinate commands, and other military services, federal agencies, state and local authorities, foreign governments, and contracting authorities on FSRM matters.
  • You will track, analyze, and report standard performance metrics for FSRM programs at MCIPAC installations.
  • You will identify performance deficiencies, issues, and problems and develop strategies and solutions to correct or improve the situation.
  • You will serve as functional expert for all issues related to facilities support services, including operations, personnel, resources, budgets, planning, and facilities projects.

Qualifications

In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Providing project management through technical engineering and/or architectual services for Capital Improvements, and overseeing and managing the review and evaluation of engineering plans and contract specifications prepared by the construction and engineering firms to ensure compliance with the requirements of the Contracting Office. $76,687.00 - $99,691.00
