You will serve as a SUPERVISOR in the C2 ENTERPRISE ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT, CODE (530) of NAVWARSYSCEN PACIFIC SAN DIEGO CA.
Major Duties
- You will be responsible for setting employee performance expectations and evaluating employee contributions.
- You will be responsible for creating and implementing policies and processes for new or unusual situations.
- You will oversee new and emerging technologies that will fit into current Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance, Information Operations, and Meteorological and Oceanographic programs or record, and fill current identified gaps.
- You will be responsible for participating in division/department/center councils, special projects, and/or enterprise-level working groups.
Qualifications
In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-11) grade level or (NM-03) in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector as a professional SUPERVISOR SCIENTIST/ENGINEER in project management of Tactical Data Link, C2-type projects, and personnel management. Pay Range
$85,865.00 - $156,850.00
