Major Duties

  • You will provide physical and consultant services relating to project development and technical support for construction claims resolution.
  • You will perform a wide range of duties in supervising project development efforts of public works facilities support (maintenance) service and facility support (maintenance) construction.
  • You will be responsible for the effectiveness and efficiency of all branch Planner-Estimators and Specification Writers.
  • You will be responsible for long and short range acquisition planning, establishing and ensuring that contract development schedules are met.

Qualifications

This position has a selective placement factor that will be used to screen out ineligible candidates. The selective placement factor is: Professional Engineer License or Registered Architect. Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Participates in acquisition planning and serves on Architecture & Engineering state and selection boards; 2) Analyzes existing technical resources against future workload; 3) Determines logical redistribution/allocation of personnel resources; and 4) Develops a technical field-training program for all engineers and engineering technicians. Pay Range

$100,820.00 - $131,064.00
