Major Duties

  • You will provide coordination for the development of facilities project documentation for assigned installation(s).
  • You will oversee development of supporting environmental compliance documentation and/or real estate requirements packages.
  • You will provide the leadership, coordination, and oversight necessary to accomplish space management analysis and site approval determination, working with installation commanders, program managers, and consultants.
  • You will determine which projects should be undertaken, prioritizes these, establishes a cost, and presents before higher-level review boards or decision- makers.

Qualifications

In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Provide recommendations on unusual or complex situations in planning and project development; 2) Provide interpretation of procedures and facilities practices used in the repair/restoration of existing facilities or the planning and programming of new facilities; 3) Conduct investigations and/or research in order to compile reports and present briefings concerning infrastructure projects and proposals; and 4) Provide direction and management over the development of facility programs. Pay Range

$92,214.00 - $119,882.00
