The NASA Out of School Learning Network is managed collaboratively by three NASA centers: Glenn Research Center in Ohio, Langley Research Center in Virginia, and Stennis Space Center in mississippi. The NOSL Network developed and executed a common implementation framework for providing NASA technical assistance to out-of-school-time, or OST, programs. The framework is grounded in evidence-based practice and past program evaluation from the Summer of innovation. NASA centers deliver structured support to regional partners to meet the needs of local school districts, community and youth-serving organizations, and informal education institutions that provide OST science, technology, engineering, and mathemativs, or STEM, education opportunities for elementary and secondary students.
