To strengthen a submitted nomination, up to three Letters of Support may be submitted to accompany a candidate’s nomination. These letters are brief (typically 1 page) stating candidate’s name, what position or award the letter relates to, and your experiences with the individual that would describe why the individual is a good candidate for the position or award.
To submit a PDF Support Letter by E-mail, please attach the PDF to an E-mail addressed to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please be sure to also include the following information:
- Name of Candidate
- Award/Office for Consideration
- Your Name
- Your Organization (AGI Member Society)
- Your Address
- Your Phone Number
