To strengthen a submitted nomination, up to three Letters of Support may be submitted to accompany a candidate’s nomination. These letters are brief (typically 1 page) stating candidate’s name, what position or award the letter relates to, and your experiences with the individual that would describe why the individual is a good candidate for the position or award.

To submit a PDF Support Letter by E-mail, please attach the PDF to an E-mail addressed to jlynch@americangeosciences.org. Please be sure to also include the following information:

  1. Name of Candidate
  2. Award/Office for Consideration
  3. Your Name
  4. Your Organization (AGI Member Society)
  5. Your Address
  6. Your Phone Number

 

 

 

Please attach your letter of support via Option #1 or Option #2. Then, click Submit.

Please note file specifications:
This form can only receive Microsoft Word (.doc and .docx), Text (.txt or .rtf), or PDF (.pdf) documents.
Use only filenames without spaces.
Files must be smaller than 8 MB.

Files must be less than 8 MB.
Allowed file types: txt rtf pdf doc docx.
