AGI's Geoscience Policy Program has published the July 2016 Geoscience Policy Monthly Review. There are updates on arctic drilling regulations, nuclear waste storage, the future of Yucca Mountain, management of Superfund sites, the status of icebreakers and satellites, and a new foundation to mitigate abandoned mines. Additionally, the review covers a recent breifing held by the Congressional Hazards Caucus Alliance on lahars. A list of organizations in the alliance can be found here
