The American Geophysical Union's publication, EOS, reported that NOAA along with the National Marine Fisheries Service have launched a Water Column Sonar Data Archive at the National Centers for Environmental Information. The EOS story outlines usages and dataset parameters. These data are being made freely available  through a website.
