The Association for the Sciences of Limnology and Oceanography (ASLO) is accepting applications for the the Raelyn Cole Editorial Fellowship. The $1500/year fellowship will expose early career aquatic scientists to all aspects of the publishing process. The fellow will work directly with the Editor-in-Chief and several of the Senior and Associate Editors in a new online-only open-access society publication from ASLO, Limnology & Oceanography Letters. Applications are due November 14, 2016. Raelyn Cole was the Managing Editor of ASLO’s flagship journal, L&O, from 1965 to 1996; and the fund in her honor was announced by ASLO in January.
