The National Association of Geoscience Teachers and the American Geosciences Institute's Center for Geoscience and Society are hosting a webinar on October 13^th, 2016 on Introducing Teachers to the Next Generation Science Standards (NGSS). The webinar will be presented by the Chair of the NGSS Earth and Space Science Writing Team, Dr. Michael Wysession from the Washington University at St. Louis. 

This webinar will identify best practices for helping educators understand the complex vision of the NGSS, highlight areas of common concern and how those may be addressed, and describe helpful resources for sharing NGSS with educators.
