Place Your Advance Order for the 2026 Earth Science Week Toolkit Today
ALEXANDRIA, Va. — It’s time to place your advance order for the 2026 Earth Science Week (ESW) Toolkit. Ordering now allows earth science educators, outreach providers, parents, and others to get early access to resources that grow awareness of the Earth. With a format that emphasizes use of online resources, the 2026 kit is part of the annual Earth Science Week celebration (October 11-17), which this year focuses on the theme “Critical Minerals for a Thriving Society.”
The ESW Toolkit contains a resource calendar and posters that promote learning and provides information guiding users to available online materials created by Earth Science Week partner organizations. The calendar has been expanded to connect users to digital resources of many kinds. In these ways, the ESW Toolkits will help students and the public explore the essential role critical minerals play in modern life, technology, energy, infrastructure, and national resilience. The advance orders will start shipping in late August.
As the premiere annual celebration of the geosciences, Earth Science Week has become a major vehicle for encouraging earth science education and outreach across the globe. The ESW Toolkit reflects AGI’s ongoing commitment to making earth science education more accessible, timely, and engaging by providing a gateway for finding practical resources for communicating earth science and its importance in everyday life to audiences of all ages.
Place your advance order now. The ESW Toolkit is free and available while supplies last for just the cost of USPS domestic shipping and handling, $9.75 for the first toolkit and $2.75 for each additional. See the AGI Store for past Earth Science Week Toolkits, poster sets, and additional educational materials.
