AGI Launches Study of COVID-19 Impacts on the Geosciences

The American Geosciences Institute (AGI) has recently launched a year-long study to capture the nature and extent of impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the geoscience workforce and academic programs. This study aims to understand how geoscience employers and educational institutions are changing their workplace and instructional environments and to discover which of these changes will become permanent. AGI Extends Free and Reduced-Price Resources for Geoscientists

AGI is providing free individual access to its Glossary of Geology Online Service through August 31, 2020. AGI's 2020 Remote Summer Internships Provide Geoscience Policy Experience

The American Geosciences Institute (AGI) welcomes four geoscience university students to an innovative remote adaptation of the traditional AGI/AAPG Geoscience Policy Summer Internship and AGI/Paleontological Society Policy Internship.
