Job Summary
You will serve as a ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION SPECIALIST in the G-F Division of MARINE CORPS BASE CAMP BUTLER . This is a RE-ADVERTISEMENT of Announcement Number: ST-10673346-20-DNM. Applicants that have previously applied NEED to re-apply to this announcement.
Major Duties
- You will provide guidance and develop technical studies and projects needed to achieve and maintain environmental compliance for all facilities.
- You will provide technical assistance to other installations.
- You will provide guidance on environmental analyses and environmental reviews and provide technical assistance for projects in other environmental areas as required.
- You will provide technical guidance to assist in implementing programs for management.
- You will review engineering design drawings, plans and specifications and ensure environmental control measures.
Qualifications
GS-12: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: . Provide technical expertise in Hazardous Waste, PCB, Contaminated Site Program Management; Provide guidance on environmental analyses and reviews; conduct compliance evaluations/inspections. GS-11: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:Provide assistance in Hazardous Waste, PCB, Contaminated Site Program Management; Provide assistance on environmental analyses and reviews; assist in conducting compliance evaluations/inspections. Pay Range
$55,204.00 - $86,021.00
