Job Summary

Major Duties

  • You will act as the EPCRA Program Manager for all Marine Corps Base Hawaii (MCBH) installations, ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • You will act as the MCBH Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasures Program Manager, overseeing all phases of the program, and ensuring compliance with all Federal, State, and local rules and regulations.
  • You will act as the MCBH Above Ground Storage Tank (AST) Program Manager, responsible for all AST training, inventory, permitting, inspection, and monitoring, ensuring compliance with all Federal, State, and local rules and regulations.

Qualifications

Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: management of environmental compliance programs, such as the Emergency Planning and Community Right-To-Know Act (EPCRA), Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasures (SPCC), and/or Above Ground Storage Tank (AST) program management. Pay Range

$66,002.00 - $85,801.00
