Job Summary
The incumbent will serve as a Regional Subject Matter Expert providing the Regulatory Divisions in the 5 Districts in Southeast Atlantic Division with advanced tools in Geographic Information Systems to assist in the delivery of the Regulatory Program throughout SAD's AOR. In addition, the incumbent will lead efforts to identify and implement office automation tools in the region and provide work load and work force analysis based on ORM and other relevant data provided by the Districts.
Major Duties
- Ability to integrate environmental laws and regulations into GIS hardware and software tools for the Regulatory division.
- Implement advanced analytical techniques to solve complex Geographic Information System (GIS) issues for the Corps Regulatory Program.
- Develop and lead training in new technologies related to the Corps regulatory program and GIS.
- Ensure GIS viewers or similar platforms contain the full array of information on natural resources needed to perform Regulatory tasks.
- Establish, monitor, execute a quality control program for the Corps? Regulatory program database to assist with workload and workforce planning.
- Identify hardware and software products needed to perform the analysis of GIS data to be used in the Corps regulatory program.

Pay Range
$91,231.00 - $118,603.00
