Job Summary
As an Interdisciplinary (Program Manager), you will serve as principal coordinator overseeing all Branch civil works missions. You will be responsible for continued development, implementation, and coordination activities associated with Wildlife and Natural Resource programs. Duties include but are not limited to the following:
Major Duties
- Consult and assist with administering contracts.
- Supervise research and design activities for fisheries.
- District compliance of environmental laws.
- Coordination of Government relations and diplomacy with Native American tribes.
- Participate in review and improvement of work methods.

A. Degree: Bachelor's degree (or higher degree) in physical science, engineering, or mathematics that included 24 semester hours in physical science and/or related engineering science such as mechanics, dynamics, properties of materials, and electronics. OR B. Combination of Education and Experience: Courses equivalent to one of the majors, as shown in A above, that included at least 24 semester hours in physical science and/or related engineering science, plus appropriate experience or additional education. Basic Requirement for Social Scientist:
A. Degree: Bachelor's degree (or higher degree) in behavioral or social science, or related disciplines appropriate to the position, such as [insert applicable field(s) of study]. OR B. Combination of Education and Experience: A combination of education and experience that provided the applicant with knowledge of one or more of the behavioral or social sciences equivalent to a major in the field. OR C. Experience: Four years of appropriate experience that demonstrated that the applicant has acquired knowledge of one or more of the behavioral or social sciences equivalent to a major in the field. Basic Requirement for Biologist:
A. Degree: Bachelor's degree (or higher degree) in biological sciences, agriculture, natural resource management, chemistry, or related disciplines appropriate to the position. OR B. Combination of Education and Experience: Courses equivalent to a major, as shown in A above, plus appropriate experience or additional education. In addition to meeting the basic requirement above, to qualify for this position you must also meet the qualification requirements listed below: To qualify for the GS-14:
Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in federal service which includes advising on the environmental impact of water resources development projects. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-13). Pay Range
$111,582.00 - $145,059.00
