Job Summary

**Salary includes locality pay. **Currently authorized 10.28% Cost of Living Allowance (COLA), subject to change.

Major Duties

  • Your will serve as a Project Manager (PM) for assigned projects and/or installation support of the Honolulu District's Military/Support for Others (SFO) program.
  • You will facilitate the efficient and effective accomplishment of the planning, design and construction of engineering projects of substantial scope and complexity.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes assisting with leading interdisciplinary teams through the planning, design, contracting and construction of engineering projects. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11). You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas:

Pay Range

$81,315.00 - $109,465.00
