Job Summary

Major Duties

  • Assures accomplishment of all contract management functions for construction at the Resident Office
  • Reviews and recommends approval of contractor's construction schedule, including changes that should be made
  • Administers the District Safety Program at the construction site and enforces applicable safety rules and regulations while furthering the expeditious conduct of the work

OR Education: Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree in a field which demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work of the position, such as (Civil, Environmental, General) Engineering or Architecture Specialized Experience GS-12: One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 level in the Federal government performing work that involves the responsibility for accomplishment of all construction contract administration, construction requirements and ensures construction quality assurance on a variety of military or civil works construction projects with minimal supervision You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas:

Pay Range

$66,515.00 - $103,647.00
