Job Summary
Serves as a Regulatory Transportation Program Manager with responsibility for administering and executing the transportation program for the Corps regulatory purposes within the entire state of Oklahoma, Tulsa District. This position will be located in and work under the management of the Corps Tulsa District.
Major Duties
- Execute the Corps Regulatory Program within assigned area to meet the needs of management.
- Act as an advisor to the Regulatory Office Chief on the execution of the Regulatory Program.
- Assures fulfillment of functional responsibilities with established policies and procedures.

Facilitating the management of permit workload including pre-application consultation, evaluation of applications, and monitoring of permit compliance.; 2). Rendering technical advice and guidance on unusual, controversial, or complex problems.; 3). Evaluating all levels and types of permit application, compliance, and/or enforcement cases. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-12). Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify. For this job, you must meet the qualification requirement using experience alone--no substitution of education for experience is permitted. Pay Range
$91,231.00 - $118,603.00
