Job Summary

You will serve as a INTERDISCIPLINARY in the Natural Resources and Environmental Division of MCAS BEAUFORT SC.

Major Duties

  • You will develop, plan, coordinate and manage programs to ensure protection of persons and environmental regulatory compliance.
  • You will develop programs that will bring the Air Station in compliance with laws and regulations regarding spill prevention control and countermeasures facility response plans, national preparedness for response exercise program.
  • You will collect data and prepare reports necessary for compliance with Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act (EPCRA).

Qualifications

In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector related to spill prevention control and countermeasures, facility response plans, national preparedness for response exercise program, transferring oil or hazardous material in bulk, above ground storage tank management, and/or hazardous waste compliance. Pay Range

$62,236.00 - $80,912.00
