Job Summary

You will serve as a Interdisciplinary Engineer of ENGRFLDACT, NW/RESOFCHARGECONST EFA. Civil Engineer 0810 Mechanical Engineer 0830 Electrical Engineer 0850

Major Duties

  • You will Evaluate mechanical engineering work performed by others to ensure compliance with engineering practices and specifications.
  • You will Evaluate civil engineering projects to determine the most appropriate, energy efficient and economical systems to serve the facility.
  • You will Analyze and evaluate engineering design, specifications, and system requirements for technical accuracy.
  • You will Analyze electrical power requirements for utilities systems and equipment in existing and proposed facilities.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Provides overall program management for assigned utilities and utility programs, 2) Developing budgets, schedules and executing assigned projects and programs, 3) Preparing short and long range program budgets based on knowledge of customer requirements, site requirements, and utility systems program goals, 4) Providing cost to complete (CTC) estimates for assigned sites, 5) Prioritize projects, within assigned installation, to address risk and meet program goals, 6) Collecting, compiling, assessing, and reporting performance metrics across the AOR, 7) Leading or participating in process development and improvement teams, 8) Program management and execution may include the stand-up and implementation of programs directed by Executive Orders as they pertain to achieving utility systems and resource operational goals. Pay Range

$84,045.00 - $109,264.00
