Job Summary
Serve as the Programs and Project Management Division's Supplemental Program Manager over the CW Supplemental Program (with an emphasis on the South San Francisco Bay Shoreline and related projects). ***This recruitment is for a Term/Temporary placement. Current Army employees will be placed on a temporary reassignment/promotion. If the candidate is not a current Army employee, candidate will be placed on a Term appointment.***
Major Duties
- As Program Manager, work closely with technical Branch Chiefs in Engineering Division, Construction Division, and other District elements.
- Lead coordination with the Program Non-Federal Partners.
- Plan, program, schedule, direct, coordinate, advise, and reviews the work of Project Managers.
- Develop the Supplemental Program schedules and resource decisions in coordination with the other Civil Works projects and technical resource providers.
- Develop methods and tools to support the Supplemental Program.
- Make programmatic presentations for the purpose of coordination and communication of project goals, status, issues, and other topics related to the program.
- Manage the execution of complex, non-routine levee modifications, engineering assessments, risk and reliability analyses, and infrastructure security.

Pay Range
$131,507.00 - $170,800.00
