Job Summary
You will serve as a Manager in the Sensor Data Collection & Analysis Branch; Sensor Data Exploitation Division; Electromagnetic & Sensor Systems Department of NAVSURFWARCENDLD.
Major Duties
- You will serve as the Branch Head of the Sensor Data Collection and Analysis Branch (B62).
- You will be responsible for the technical, financial, and administrative leadership.
- You will lead the overall systems engineering coordination, management, and technical execution of technical data collection projects.
- You will perform supervisory duties for Branch employees, including performance and compensation, providing feedback to employees, coaching and mentoring, and conflict resolution.
- You will provide technical support, leadership, resource support, and mentorship to project leads, group leads, and employees.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the ND-04 (GS-12/13 equivalent) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector as a professional engineer or scientist coordinating or conducting sensor analysis, sensor performance modeling, sensor data collection & analysis, or sensor system management & sensor data fusion. Pay Range
$99,172.00 - $166,500.00
