You will serve as a MANAGER in the INTELLIGENCE, SURVEILLANCE, AND RECONNAISSANCE (ISR) DEPARTMENT of SPAWARSYSCEN PACIFIC SAN DIEGO CA.
Major Duties
- You will lead process improvement activities.
- You will collect and analyze metrics for use in the management and direction of programs.
- You will analyze and evaluate proposed changes in policy and procedures and communicate impact and build contingency plans for Division Operations.
Qualifications

In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: RESPONSIBLE FOR LEADING THE TECHNICAL EFFORT OF THE GROUP (INCLUING PLANNING, ASSIGNING, AND DIRECTING TASKS). NM-05:

Pay Range
$85,865.00 - $156,850.00
