Job Summary

You will serve as a MANAGER in the INTELLIGENCE, SURVEILLANCE, AND RECONNAISSANCE (ISR) DEPARTMENT of SPAWARSYSCEN PACIFIC SAN DIEGO CA.

Major Duties

  • You will lead process improvement activities.
  • You will collect and analyze metrics for use in the management and direction of programs.
  • You will analyze and evaluate proposed changes in policy and procedures and communicate impact and build contingency plans for Division Operations.

Qualifications

NM-04:

In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: RESPONSIBLE FOR LEADING THE TECHNICAL EFFORT OF THE GROUP (INCLUING PLANNING, ASSIGNING, AND DIRECTING TASKS). NM-05:

Pay Range

$85,865.00 - $156,850.00
