Job Summary

You will serve as a MANAGER in the INTEGRATED COMBAT SYSTEMS DEPARTMENT of NAVSURFWARCENDLD.

Major Duties

  • You will provide technical leadership for a team of approximately 30 scientific, engineering, technical and administrative support personnel.
  • You will focus on the management and development of current product lines, seek new opportunities where mission may be applicable, and support the Division Head in the long term planning for the technical viability of the organization.
  • You will provide leadership of the human resources of the Branch.
  • You will ensure that resources under his/her purview are used efficiently and effectively, and that programs and operations are discharged with integrity and compliance with policy.
  • You will integrate and coordinate technical efforts and effectively partner with contractor, academia, and government team members to provide coordinated, effective and efficient products.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the ND-04 (GS-12/13) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: As a professional Engineer or Scientist, developing and managing product lines for weapons systems. Pay Range

$102,663.00 - $170,800.00
