Job Summary

You will serve as a NATURAL RESOURCES MANAGER in the FACILITIES DIRECTORATE of MCAS CHERRY POINT.

Major Duties

  • You will determines the basic goals and objectives for the program, as well as develops and implements long range plans that will meet those goals.
  • You will determines management techniques by application of fishery management sampling and analysis.
  • You will oversees wildlife habitat improvement practices and programs.
  • You will manage endangered species protection program responsibilities.
  • You will manages staff and resources to provide guidance and documentation that allows the Air Station to comply with the requirements of the federal NEPA.

Qualifications

In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: assisting with the management and development of a workforce concerned with fish and wildlife management, forest management, wetlands/coastal management, cultural resources, and a variety of other related and supporting program activities. Pay Range

$76,721.00 - $99,741.00
