Major Duties
- You will identify problems in achieving compliance with Federal and local natural resources and environmental regulations to ensure installation compliance.
- You will prepare planning, programming, and budgeting system (PPBS) documentation in support of assigned projects.
- You will execute assigned projects, in-house and by contract, to comply with all applicable Federal and local environmental laws and policies.
- You will provide advisory services on questions, issues, and projects in assigned program areas.
Qualifications
GS-09
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: assisting on comprehensive environmental planning; developing, analyzing and providing recommendations to determine the possible environmental impact and effects on the environment of different Base projects. OR 2 years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to a master's degree or master's or equivalent graduate degree GS-11
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Managing complex construction projects requiring significant natural resources support; conducting comprehensive environmental planning; developing, analyzing and providing recommendations to determine the possible environmental impact and effects on the environment of different Base projects. Pay Range
$51,440.00 - $80,912.00
