Job Summary

You will serve as a NATURAL RESOURCES SPECIALIST ofNAVAL FACILITIES ENG COMMAND MARIANAS. A Cost-of-Living-Allowance (COLA) of 12.80% will be added to the stated salary. COLA is subject to change at any time.

Major Duties

  • You will formulate plans, implement techniques and develop a broad base of strategies and procedures necessary to conduct the Navy's natural resources conservation and management process.
  • You will develop and implement management plans for non-native and invasive species.
  • You will design and coordinate native ans non-native species surveys.
  • You will design and manage periodic and final inspection of all natural resources management projects associated with the military location.
  • You will provide and review technical specification and requirements for inclusion in the initial contract and/or subsequent revisions.

Qualifications

In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: r providing natural resources support and advice; and identifying present and future environmental natural resources requirements for construction projects. Pay Range

$74,596.00 - $96,978.00
