Job Summary
You will serve as a SUPERVISORY ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION SPECIALIST in the Environmental Safety, Health Department of NAVAL SHIP REPAIR FACILITY.
Major Duties
- You will provide safety and occupational heath support service.
- You will repair conventional and nuclear powered ships.
- You will apply new developments and experienced judgement to a variety of highly complex technical and socio-economic problems.
- You will provide technical expertise and program management on all environmental matters.
- You will develop and manage a comprehensive, effective, and sustainable environmental protection program.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector: providing environmental protection programs for ship repair AND ensuring compliance with environmental regulations. Pay Range
$78,681.00 - $102,288.00
