Job Summary

You will serve as a supervisory program manager over the Dredge Quality Management (DQM) Spatial Data Branch. You will manage the DQM automated dredge inspection program and on-dredge systems for the Corps of Engineers.

Major Duties

  • Responsible for the Dredge Quality Management (DQM) center national program headquartered at Mobile District.
  • Control and manage assigned DQM budgets and schedules.
  • Principal point of contact of the DQM center on matters concerning the program and regional projects.
  • Provide program leadership and commitment for the DQM national goals and objectives.
  • Establish a project management plan and coordinates annual implementation plans, etc.
  • Support DQM data delivery and customer relations through continuous improvement of data, tools, services and products.
  • Support the project delivery team in the development of original and innovative approaches to DQM deployment, operations and product delivery and resolution of unique problems.
  • Assign work to subordinates based on priorities, difficulty of assignments, and the capabilities of employees.

Specialized Experience for GS-13: One year of specialized experience which includes: serving as a project manager or technical lead over a Dredging Quality Management (DQM) system to include the control monitory systems, performing Quality Assurance checks, production/energy analysis, electronics and/.or mechanical processes of commercial dredging operations. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the second lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-12). You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas:

Pay Range

$91,231.00 - $118,603.00
