Job Summary

You will serve as a SUPERVISORY INTERDISCIPLINARY ENGINEER/SCIENTIST in the Product Systems Engineering Branch, Systems Engineering and Integration Division, of NAVAIRWARCENAC DIV.

Major Duties

  • You will carry out Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) policies and procedures.
  • You will implement changes to staffing, objectives, and priorities to ensure workload goals are met.
  • You will direct the technical activities of the Division to provide life cycle support for crew and training systems.
  • You will establish performance standards and perform periodic performance appraisals.
  • You will conduct program reviews for assigned projects to ensure program goals are met.

Qualifications

In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NM-04 pay band or GS-13/14 grade level in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Examples of specialized experience include: 1) Providing technical advice and guidance related to Crew Systems, Training Systems, and/or Human Systems Integration (HSI); 2) Coordinating with internal and external contacts to resolve technical issues; 3) Analyzing the effectiveness of programs, personnel, and products to ensure cost, schedule, and performance objectives are met; 4) Identifying and justifying the resources required to support the total life cycle of integrated human solutions and product efforts; 5) Managing personnel and technical program objectives within budget and schedule constraints; and 6) Developing and implementing Human Systems Integration (HSI) or Systems Engineering (SE) plans. Pay Range

$121,316.00 - $170,800.00
