Job Summary

You will serve as a SUPERVISORY INTERDISCIPLINARY ENGINEER/ARCHITECT in the FACILITIES MANAGEMENT DIVISION, PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT of NAVAL FACILITIES ENG COMMAND MARIANAS. A Cost-of-Living-Allowance (COLA) of 12.62% will be added to the stated salary. COLA is subject to change at any time.

Major Duties

  • You will plan work to be accomplished by subordinates and set schedule for completion of work based on priorities, difficulty of assignments, and their capabilities.
  • You will formulate project engineering requirements ensuring all developed guidelines for facilities construction are adhered to.
  • You will prepare the annual budget for manpower, engineering, facilities maintenance and repair, travel, training, and other operational needs.
  • You will develop performance plans and evaluates work performance of subordinates based on established standards.
  • You will determine the best method for work execution and choose the appropriate vehicle for meeting requirements.

Qualifications

In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Developing plans and programs for engineering projects involving repair, engineering design, and construction requirements AND providing comprehensive management expertise regarding staffing, organization, performance measurement, and resource allocation/utilization. Pay Range

$91,231.00 - $118,603.00
