Job Summary
You will serve as the Multi-Mission Guided Missile Frigate (FFGX) Senior Technical Lead (STL) in the AEGIS-Based Combat Systems Engineering Branch (V23), Integrated Combat Systems Department (V) of NAVSURFWARCENDLD.
Major Duties
- You will maintain technical awareness and provide technical direction across all facets of the FFGX program.
- You will ensure rigorous system engineering processes are followed in accordance with the FFGX System Engineering Plan during the requirements and development phase of the program.
- You will serve as a subject matter expert to educate and present the Development, Security, Operations (DevSecOps) solution for Multi-Mission Guided Missile Frigate (FFGX) program.
- You will integrate and coordinate technical efforts and effectively partner with contractor, academia, and government team members to provide coordinated, effective, and cost-efficient products.
- You will maintain program alignment with internal stakeholders and partner organizations to include PARMs, Missile Defense Agency, and other surface combatant combat management systems.
- You will participate in the review of FFGX technical documentation for Major Milestone Reviews, IPRs and design reviews.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the ND-04 pay band (GS-12/13 equivalency) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: As a professional engineer or scientist planning, designing, integrating or modernizing the systems engineering processes and procedures applied to Multi-Mission Guided Missile Frigate (FFGX) combat systems programs. Pay Range
$102,663.00 - $170,800.00
