AGI Federation Welcomes New International Associate Organization

ALEXANDRIA, Va. — The American Geosciences Institute (AGI) is excited to welcome the SGEM World Science (SWS) Scholarly Society as International Associate organization.

SWS Scholarly Society, which is based in Vienna, Austria, is a nonprofit organization that endeavors to create a dynamic, vibrant platform where science meets art, fostering interdisciplinary collaboration, knowledge exchange, and innovation among scientists, researchers, artists, and others who collaborate on projects that address pressing global challenges. SWS firmly believes in the transformative power of science and innovation to achieve the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

"We are thrilled to welcome SGEM World Science (SWS) Scholarly Society into AGI's community of geoscience organizations," says AGI Executive Director Jonathan Arthur.
