The American Geophysical Union is running a contest this year, to incentivize early abstract submission. If you submit by tomorrow, July 27^th, you will be entered to be an AGU Fall Meeting VIP. Having been a student and a professional at past AGU Fall Meetings the poster printing service and the round-trip airport transfer are worth the effort alone, but the VIP treatment doesn't stop there. The general abstract deadline is August, 3^rd.
