National Advisory Council (NAC) Applications Request

Notice on the Final Flood Hazard Determinations

March 15, 2019 – FEMA issued a notice that its flood hazard determinations have been made final. Flood Insurance Rate Maps and the Flood Insurance Study reports will be available to the community on June 7, 2019.  [84 FR 9542]

Final Rule on Evaluating a Governor’s Request for Individual Disaster Aid

March 21, 2019 – FEMA issued a final rule on the factors considered when evaluating a governor's request for individual assistance for a major disaster. This rule falls in compliance with the Sandy Recovery Improvement Act of 2013, which requires FEMA to work with state, local, and tribal emergency management agencies to coordinate individual disaster assistance efforts. Security Investments for Energy Infrastructure Technical Conference Notice

Fee Schedule for NOAA Environmental Data Access

March 27, 2019 – NOAA issued a rule to correct several mistakes that were included in a document previously published by the National Environmental Satellite, Data and Information Service (NESDIS) in the Federal Register on February 11, 2019 that established a new fee schedule for special access to NOAA data.  Several entries were incorrectly transcribed and have since been corrected.
